It’s Felipe Calderon, the president of Mexico, tweeting about a recent soccer game that Barcelona won. He also congratulates Chicharito, who is a famous Mexican soccer player, for being the pride of his country.

Some other person then retweets this, saying he should really be congratulating this kindergarten teacher who sang to her students and kept them calm during a cartel shootout, instead of lauding some soccer player.
